Printable Breastmilk Labels

When Hope was in the hospital, one of her breastmilk bottles was accidentally thown away. Because she required so little milk, the nurse thought that the bottle was empty. In order to ensure that Hope's bottles stood out in the freezer, I created bottle labels for them. All while having a bit of fun with them.

I am providing a similar label here for your use. The file is a PDF Form file, so you can open it in Adobe Reader and enter the name of your preemie and adhere to bottles.
